A relaxed outdoor event where kids can fish, learn, have snacks, and enjoy time by the water with family.

Who it’s for: Youth anglers and families (Kids ages 5-12) Please only rsvp for the youth participating, it is not necessary for the parents/guardians.

Stuff to Keep You Protected in the Sun. Hats. Sun Screen. Weather-Appropriate Clothing.
Fishing Poles. Please note, limited loaner equipment will be available. We will make sure everyone gets a chance to fish.
Chairs. Folding Chairs. Seating is not provided and standing takes it toll.

Event Details
Snacks Courtesy of Brookshire Brothers: Including, but not limited to, chips, granola bars, water, and electrolytes (i.e. powerade).
Tackle & Bait Courtesy of Academy Sports + Outdoors, including but not limited to, hooks, bobbers, weights, & nightcrawlers (worms).
Parents or legal guardians must remain present throughout the event and sign a liability waiver before participation.
A Texas fishing license is not required for participating youth. Adult licensing requirements remain the responsibility of each adult.
Parking and restroom facilities are available.
